We offer a range of boutique hotel-style accommodation in the Lake District, from our luxurious Garden Room to quaint Cottage Rooms. Each of our nine bedrooms are decorated individually, have flat screen TVs with Freeview channels; DAB radios; telephone and internet connection; Complimentary Wifi (subject to availability) tea and coffee making facilities; Sedbergh organic toiletries; hair dryer.

Any room cancellations will be posted via social media and our website.
NB: Rooms for 2022 are bookable up to the end of July. August availability onwards will be bookable from April.
