Having contacted our guests due to visit over January we are now in the process of getting in touch with guests with bookings during February. We will do so on a week by week basis and appreciate your patience while we do so. We have been overwhelmed by our guests good wishes and would like to thank all those who have rescheduled their bookings already or indicated they would like to defer their visits to a later date. We appreciate this may not be practical for all and remain committed to refunding deposits where necessary.
During this closure period phone lines will be open 10.00am – 2.00pm Monday to Friday and we will respond to emails as quickly as we can.
In the meantime we’d like to send good wishes to all our guests for better times ahead.

We have been pleased to extend the expiry dates for gift vouchers due to be used in 2020 for further year. Any vouchers purchased during this lockdown period will be honoured for a year from our reopening date.
