The area provides a rich larder for our Michelin Star Restaurant; Herdwick Hogget from the surrounding Cumbrian fells, grass fed beef from our Yorkshire neighbours, freshly caught fish from day boats, hand dived shellfish from British waters, and a host of wild foods.
