The Cottage in the Wood is a Michelin starred Restaurant with 8 bedrooms located close to Keswick in the Lake District. We are family run and operate with a small, friendly team who strive for high standards, learn from each other and take pride in the work they do. The restaurant is open from Wednesday to Saturday, and offers breakfast to resident guests on Sunday.

Jack & Beth took over The Cottage in the summer 2024. The quality standards offered at ‘The Cottage’ have gained recognition over the years winning many awards and accolades such as a Michelin star, 3 AA rosettes.
